In Memory Of Sarup & jaswinder padam

The BC Cancer Foundation raises funds to advance life-saving innovations to research and care for patients in British Columbia. Jaswinder Padam passed away in 1995 due to Lung Cancer, Sarup Padam passed away in 2019 due to Glioblastoma.

UBC Department of Asian Studies

Established in 1961, the Department has become one of the leading Asian Studies programs in Canada. Sarup would often visit the UBC library to network with people his age, many of his closest friends we’re enrolled in the Asian Studies department.

st. michael’s centre

St. Michael’s Centre is a hospice with nursing staff and palliative care physicians that provide twenty-four hour care. They provided exceptional health care and emotional support to Sarup & his family after his diagnosis.
